Prep/line Cook

Responsibilities include: preparation and execution of all menu items, kitchen cleanliness and maintenance, inventory. Experience with Rational combi ovens and SafeServe a plus. Must be available to work weekends and evenings. Pay commensurate with experience.


Servers

Must have previous experience as a server in a fast paced restaurant environment. Basic wine knowledge and good customer service skills also required. Shifts include weeknights & weekend days/nights.


Busser

​Responsibilities include assisting servers and kitchen staff by clearing tables,  washing dishes/glasses, running food.
